Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except in cases deemed refundable at our own discretion.

Refunds are not provided for any cases involving:

·         Opened Product

·         Returned Product

·         Product used for cultivation

·         Products that have been lost during              delivery or Stolen after delivery

If we believe your product itself to have lost it’s viability or is heavily contaminated, you may inquire about a refund or replacement. There is no guarantee for a refund in these cases, and each cases is handled on a case-by-case basis.
